Day 1:
08.10.2022 Dep. from Nagpur Air Port in the evening for Dubai via Chennai. Lay over at Chennai Airport for the night. Inclusions:- NIL

DAY 2:
09.10.2022 Arrival in Dubai in the morning. Transfer to Hotel in Dubai. In the morning, free time to visit Hindu Temple, Meena Bazar and Gold Souk. Dhow Cruise in the evening with Dinner. Night Halt. Inclusions:- Lunch and Dinner (Dinner during Dhow Cruise excursion)

DAY 3:
10.10.2022 Half Day Dubai City Tour in the first half of the day. In the second half, visit to Burj Khalifa 124th Floor Observation Deck NON-PEAK slot + Musical Fountain + Dubai Shopping Mall (3 hours visit). Night Halt. Inclusions:- Break-Fast Lunch and Dinner

11.10.2022 First Half of the day is free for optional activities like shopping etc. In the afternoon, Desert Safari with Belly Dance, and Barbeque Dinner in the evening. Night Halt. Inclusions:- Break-Fast Lunch and Dinner (Dinner during Desert Safari)

DAY 5:
12.10.2022 Full Day Abu Dhabi City Tour including orientation tour of Ferrari World (No joy rides), visit to Shaikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Shopping at Abu Dhabi Port etc. Inclusions:- Break-Fast, Veg. Lunch and Dinner.

DAY 6:
13.10.2022 Visit Dubai Frame, Miracle Garden (if it becomes operational in October) and Global Village. Night Halt. Inclusions:- Break-Fast Lunch and Dinner.

DAY 7:
14.10.2022 After Break-Fast, check out from Hotel Rooms. You can keep your luggage in the lobby of the Hotel for some time. Full day is free to explore Dubai on your own. You can go for shopping or visit Bollywood on your own and at your own expense. You must return to Hotel by 05.30 p.m. After collecting luggage, transfer to Dubai Airport. To board the flight for Nagpur via Mumbai. Inclusions:- Break-Fast and Dinner. (you may be provided packed Dinner on this day, and it depends upon time management at local level)

DAY 8:
15.10.2022 Arrival at Nagpur Airport in the morning at about 11.00 am. Tour Ends. Inclusions:- NIL

1. GST @ 5% on the Total Tour Cost.

3. Any other item not mentioned in the list of Inclusions.
4. If there is any sudden increase in the Govt. Taxes, Airport Taxes, Hotel Taxes, UAE Taxes etc., the same will be payable by the Guests, which may kindly be noted.

1. The cost mentioned above is on the assumption that INR and USD conversion rate will be USD 1 = INR 78. If the rate of USD goes beyond INR 78, the Tour Cost will increase on pro-rata basis.

3. To obtain Visa, you must possess a valid Passport having validity beyond a period of 6 months from the date on which you arrive back in India.
4. All payments only by way of Bank Transfer / NEFT (Net Banking) / Cheque
etc. No cash payment will be accepted.

Please note that Swastik Tours will also collect 5% of the Total Tour Cost towards TCS (Tax Collected At Source) along with Pan No. of every guest and the said amount will be deposited by Swastik Tours in the Income Tax Deptt. You can claim adjustment of the said deducted T.C.S. with the Income Tax Deptt. while filing your Income Tax Return for the relevant financial year. Please also note that now, the Ministry of Finance and Income Tax Deptt. have made it mandatory for every Tour Operator to collect 5% TCS for each and every overseas tour where payment is made by Tour Operator in Foreign Currency. You must deposit a copy of your PAN Card for this purpose at the time of booking.
