Surface Transport by 2 x 1 Tempo Traveller, Tavera, Innova etc. depending upon the size of the Group, Tea (thrice a day), Veg. Break-fast, Veg. Lunch and Veg. Dinner, Hotel Accommodation on Twin Sharing basis, Inner Land Permit for Arunachal, Forest Entry Ticket for Kaziranga National Park (One Jungle Safari by Gypsy and one Jungle Safari on Elephant), One Litre of Bottled Drinking Water per person per day and Entrance Fees wherever applicable.

EXCLUSIONS

Airfare, Break-Fast and Lunch on the first day (During Air Travel from Nagpur to Guwahati) and Break-Fast on the last day (During Air Travel from Guwahati to Nagpur) Expenses of personal nature such as Laundry, Telephone Charges, Personal Purchases, Horse Riding, Amusement Games, Camera and Video Camera Fees.

Important Note on Airfare.

Please note that Nagpur-Guwahati-Nagpur Airfare at this moment (On 27.11.2021) is about Rs.11500/- per person which is quite reasonable. From our experience, we can say that by mid-January 2022, Airfare for the same route will be more than Rs.15000/- per person for these travel dates. Hence, it is advisable to book your air tickets at the earliest possible opportunity.

If you opt for tour from Guwahati to Guwahati, tour cost will be Rs. 50,000/- per person. (Without Airfare)

2. Govt. Service Tax will be charged extra @ 5% on the total Tour Cost.

3. In these three states, journey by road at some places is quite strenuous. So, you have to be mentally prepared to undertake such long journeys.

4. Considering the difficult terrain and long journeys on some sectors, we may provide you early meals or packed lunch with limited items.

5. For your information and ready reference, we are providing you below, distances and estimated journey hours. However, journey hours are tentative and may be extended due to landslides, natural calamities etc.
